Fair play to Haye.

Haye has become a charlatan and a fraud in regards to hus boxing career but this is truly a good deed that cannot be faulted.

 

Fair play to the man, can't fault him for that.

Imagine someone you didn't even know just giving you that kind of money and being that kind to you. Amazing gesture. Haye's obviously not perfect but it seems he may well be a very decent person at heart.

 

Haye is a classy guy. Every interview with him that I watched made me like him more and more. I'd love to meet the guy more than any other active boxer out there. I guess I should add "no ****" before ellerbe gets excited.

Haye and Joshua are quite unique as they're one of the few boxers who are articulate and seem to have a brain. They're not just brutes who want to kill people and they're not just in it for the money. Andre Ward is another boxer that comes to mind.

Call me cynical but I assume he weighed up the benefits to his own fame and image. The outcome is good, so whether the motive matters, I dunno.

Nobody gives a rats ass if you hate Haye mother****er. Boxers do this all of the time for each other. Don't tell us that you don't like a boxer and congratulate him after you hear that he did a good deed. Keep on hating him. That's what your phony asses do daily.
