He is picked because he is a name and is not a threat. Berto has failed every single time he stepped up, he is a safe bet and he doesn't hit hard enough to have a puncher's chance. Plus he looks great on posters, like a Silverback gorilla with massive muscular frame and hgh gut.

This makes Top Rank fighters look like beast by comparison. Crawford and Lomachencko my very well be able to tear through PBC if they all fighting B level and Has beens. The only real guys at 147 over there are Thurman, Porter and Spence. Garcia and Broner are cannon fodder for old Floyd.
