With that performance Carl has left Quigg and Rigo well and truly behind. Clear water between domestic level Quigg and world star Frampton. Quigg is eating his dust after that! Funny how framptons biggest fan on here mentions quiggs name in his post more than Carl's the morning after his big win. Also funny how they are offering Leo a rematch in Belfast but aren't offering one to quigg even though the cards scored the quigg fight closer and quigg fought with a broken jaw. I'm not saying frampton should rematch quigg in his next fight, I'd like to see him fight selby and quigg needs a good win or 2 however I think I'm making a valid point
They'll offer LSC the rematch in Belfast because it was an entertaining fight, the Quigg fight was a let down.
Once again your lack of knowledge is all too obvious. Framptons fight with Cazares was for a shot at lscs 122 title. Carl demolished Cazares ....and Leo moved north fast. (Glad to keep ye informed....all part of the service....no extra charge)
Furey nailed it :good I haven't mentioned Quigg until now although I can't see why u take issue it was a unification. Quigg was awful in the first half of the fight vs Frampton and its not the first time is it remember Salinas. The fight was so close last night it demands a rematch Quigg on the other hand when it comes down to it he is such a slow starter. He did claw some respect with the jaw though I am the opinion u have to beat the champion convincingly to get the win Frampton didn't so needs a rematch. Although the fight was great and fight of the year and was impossible to score in my opinion. Still think 114-114 was spot on by first judge. I was watching the Box Nation but would have liked to see Paulie and Al opinion on the fight. With Quigg he needs to move uo to Featherweight but have a gut feeling he will stay at SBW.
And wheres the money coming from for that to be held in Belfast? Frampton's next fight will be the easiest contender in the WBAs top 15 at the Odyssey before fighting Selby at Windsor Park next year.
Plenty of outdoor sports fields in Norn iron. Easily big enough to generate a 1,000,000 plus purse for Frampton.
