Why would you call Kell Brook "slick" just to defend him fighting Golovkin

That was said about Brook by CST80 in a thread earlier. It ****ed me up real bad. I have wrote and read some bad stuff but WTF?!

When has Kell Brook ever been slick? If someone can give me any fight where he looked like a Lara,Mayweather, Lomachencko type fighter then tell me.
I'm really taken back by CST80 for that comment.

You are aware fighters can be slick and fight in the pocket right? You are aware fighters can be slick and NOT run right? Herrera is slick, Toney is slick, Pirog was slick, Hopkins is slick, Chilemba is slick, Fury is slick, Bundu is slick and yes Kell Brook is slick.

Brook is slick like Ward is slick, not on Ward's level but at times can do a good impression.

If Kell Brook wasn't slick, he wouldn't have been able to outhustle and beat Porter. As CST80 said to an extent, Brook may not be the "slickest" boxer, but he is a slick boxer nevertheless.

and BTW, If you're defending GGG vs Brook, saying Brook is "slick" is not one of the reasons for doing so.

I agree, when do you ever see brook hit with a clean shot? Very rare never mind getting hit with combos. Knows how to get out of the way of tie up.

Brook is a very very good fighter. Beat Porter in a better fashion than One time did. He can be slick as f**k if he wants too, thing is Brits are crazy and love real fights, so Brook complies. Simple

Yes was gonna say this until I read this, recently slick is compared to pot shotting and running,I always thought Eubanks Snr was slick in his movements but he would take a punch to land one.
