Brook wasn't joking when he said he was going for the KO.

He's going to have no choice with those bodybuilder's legs he's grown. I would bet money he's powerlifting, doing heavy squats and deadlifts and build strength, their plan is going to be to take the fight to GGG...

I think it's a terrible strategy. He should have stayed thin and loose, and retained his mobility, like Ouma did. You can't run from GGG for 12 rounds but you can't stand in his wheelhouse and trade with him eitther.

    GGG TKO-6.

Seconded. If he indeed did a lot of heavy lifting. Being sprung up is the absolute last thing you want against GGG.

Bulking up will just get him starched faster.

That's what he needs to do. While he fresh and strong. Go right at GGG intelligently and with force and power. He might hit a sweet spot and collapse GGG. However, if that fails, it's all over but the shouting.

well if theres more power in his jab and right hand he can keep golovkin off him more easily too

he can retain mobility & speed, lots of skipping and speedwork.

Weight training dont slow you down thats a myth, look at how fast david haye is

As a fighter he is doing exactly what he has to do. He's preparing to fight a naturally bigger man.

All fighters fight a boring fight. He fought a safety first fight as you guys say. He didn't maul Lemieux. He used his advantages and stayed out of danger. Even when Lemieux landed, Lemieux didn't commit to his shots. Lemieux begged him to fight and GG kept boxing which was smart.

Are you saying GG Lemieux was exciting, because while I thought that GG did what he had to do, I've seen fights with more action be called boring by clowns like you.

This. Golovkin boxed and his power allowed him to KO him. Nobody says he fought scared but he fought exactly like those other "scared" boxers.
