r u trolling or mad, pero is by far the worst on the team, and the Croatian was a massive favorite over him, pero isn't even a super heavy
To be fair he did managed to get up, he just didn't have anything left after that. That was as flush of a shot as it's going to get by a very strong dude
Gabnazarov vs Russell - I had Russell winning but it was a very close fight which seems as though Russell won by a big stretch because of his performance in the final round (Gaibnazarov couldn't care less for the final round, he wanted to run his way to victory, Lomachenko style). There wasn't enough credit given for the quality of Gaibnazarov's punches throughout first and second round. Overall, Gaibnazarov has had a good tournament. I really like Gary Antoine Russell, he should turn pro now, exciting fighter. Julio Cesar La Cruz vs Bauderlique - Finesse. La Cruz-Buatsi winner should win Val Barker. If La Cruz get's Gold, he's probably Top 10 GOAT in unpaid ranks. Iashaish vs Yoka - You gotta give credit to Iashaish. He's not very good at all but he somehow manages to stay competitive as hell lol. I thought Yoka was far too passive.
can someone answer this question please with all the terrible decisions could aiba return back to the points scoring system i'd love that, my style of boxing.
Hrgovic can punch! I actually think Jarolov hits even harder. These two super heavyweights with skill and power should turn professional. Glass jaws beware...Wilder and maybe Joshua
I think with all the terrible decisions aiba could get shut down. I prefer thus scoring system but its like aiba see this as an easier system to rob fighters with and are running with it. With the point scoring you could have video replays that would show a guy getting clearly outlanded and they would look corrupt with this system the judges can just say ' meh i liked he's agrresion (even though it was completely ineffective and he got the head beat off him ) or meh i liked the brown envelope i got before the fight
It's impossible to be way better than Lomachenko, and if it were, La Cruz still wouldn't qualify. La Cruz is phenomenal, and I'm a fan-don't get me wrong- but he got beat last Olympics. Lomachenko not only never lost in the Olympics, but he won gold under 2 different scoring systems.
Watching the Michael Conan fight in Rio has just ended in the most farcical decision which has left me disillusioned with the sport. Apparently there was another bout with equally bad judging. My question is this, how do these judges see these fights differently than absolutely every one else? I remember the CJ Ross card on the Mayweather Alvarez fight, plus Manny, Bradley 1. Boxing in this Olympics are going to be remembered for this which is a massive blow for the sport. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
