It's just one of the sports where I think watching live detracts from the experience, I've been to small time shows but wouldn't dream of watching a big fight live.
So you've never been to a big fight live and you're assuming it will be rubbish. You are a total idiot. Then again most people on here already knew that.
hahaha...like a married guy who goes home to the same wife every night saying a lifetime of one night stands with hot Asian and Puerta Rican girls is "unfulfilling"
1) Ortiz vs Berto. 2011 Fight of the Year. Crowd was electric. 2) Mathysse vs Providnikov. 2015 contender for FOTY. This was a brutal war. 3) Lee vs McEwan 2011. This was the under card for Sergio Martinez vs Sergei Dzinziruk. Lee pulled the fight out in the 10 and final round with a KO over the gassed Mcewan. At least Craig went home to the easy on the eyes Mrs Mcewan who was in attendance.
Benn vs McClellan Benn vs Watson Hagler vs Minter Lewis vs Bruno Eubank vs Calzaghe Meldrick Taylor vs Espana
Watched hagler Simpson on telly when I was a kid Tony took a right hammering and dropped his shorts to complain about his cup between rnds.were you one of the people in the crowd who started whistling and whopping?.
I went too; the sad thing was we did not know what had happened; and most of us had bet heavy on McClellan and went out that night to drown our sorrows, calling him a quitter.
But I think Benn/McClellan was the best Benn fight I saw live; I always liked Benn/Logan over it. People today criticise the 'British stoppage'; they should watch that, Benn was a lucky, lucky boy that night, the ref was far too brave! Although it should be noted I had no problem with the stoppage, but Logan was not in a worse state than Benn was in the first round assault.
