That's fair and probably the only view anyone should reasonably have on the matter.

Admittedly I haven't given it an awful lot of thought. Stiill, I'd consider them both short of ATG status but very respectable title-holders of their day.

The fact that a lowlife insignifcant bouncer can even manage to cut his toenails, is indeed a revelation in itself.

99.9% of them are too fukking stupid to manage even a simple thing as that.

Well done. Next you might manage to do joined up speaking.:roll:

Claiming that Leonard could replicate his 147 achievements at 154 purely because he is Leonard is as moronic as claiming Hamed could easily beat Lightweight champions.

It is nothing more than idiotic fanboyism.

Leonard BEAT an undefeated and prime 154 pound champion... Norris never did.. Leonard furthermore defeated an ATG 160 lbs Champion.. Norris never did.. Leonard kept his loss column clean of journeyman and fringe types... Norris never did..

as if Kalule were of note. Why not boast of fighters that had something going for them?

and why are you using the word prime for, as if prime Kalule means anything?

he had no speed, no talent, no movement. he moved like a statue on rollers, of course he was going to get beat

Leonard just got to him first

Davey Moore got to him second, and repeated the trouncing

    it's a feat easily duplicated

I'm still interested in how somebody like leonard, if it took him 11 for a talent-less Bonds, why would anyone believe he'd have MORE success against a fighter with talents greater than not only Bonds, but Leonard himself?

have you not seen me bring up the name Larry Bonds 2 dozen times?

Just tell me how your peak leonard is going to deal with Terry successfully if it took him all the way into the 11th to deal with Bonds

So far, all of you have stayed away from this question

When I bring it up I get silence

When I ask you to prove it with performances against the Norris/Nunn type fighter, SILENCE

the fact, he has none so you cant prove it

When I ask why if Leonard was active, did he bypass Nunn for fat, blobbisn Duran, & pathetic hearns rematch and I get SILENCE

they guy has no experience against this type of opponent and he was protected from them for a reason (until he dumped Dundee and got a REAL manager)

and that reason showed up in the Norris fight. I think more people are starting to come around to this realization

    totally bogus and repetitive

I compare it more to something like Mayweather - Cotto

except that Floyd was successful whereas, Leonard wasn't successful

    NOTHING BUT LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    annihilate Norris?

what's that, based on the Bonds fight?

based on him being transformed into a one dimensional stalker throwing haymakers for 14 at a wounded, weight drained Hearns?

Back your **** up the way I do!

my man was a HEALTHY 154! Aint NO WAY that's happening in the late rounds!!

My man had better late round stamina than either leonard or Hearns

this myth about Leonard being COCAINED OUT - more nonsense, a myth just as I said

and no one listens to myth spreaders

there wasnt one journalist that said anything about rey on coke going into the fight and was made a prohibitive favorite to win

    that's FACT!

Pryor was the one on coke so stop making Pryor's addiction, Leonard's

    Now let's talk TRUTH!

and the truth is that the version of Leonard in the Norris fight was better than the Leonard of the Hagler fight

common sense tells us this is so which means that Terry would have whipped rey from the hagler fight

i say this because rey did not have the ring rust he had in the Hagler fight (and anyone who says otherwise is straight out lying)

    - the ring rust he carried into the hagler fight and - the extra pounds he carried into the hagler fight makes him that much better + the extra experience he had over Norris

HOWEVER, Norris' edge in speed and the fact that he pulled the trigger faster then rey, enabled him to overcome any disadvantages he may have had

as rey studied for openings, Terry simply UNLEASHED

and I really think that uno mas fight with Duran was a total disgrace. Fighting a man who was apparently out of shape and not interested in fighting as opposed to mean N lean Micheal Nunn who was interested

I'm glad Terry slapped rey around as punishment for making that uno mas fight and used his face for a speed bag

Now if you'll excuse me, it's time for my afternoon swim

I'd been telling that mo-fo all along but he thinks that if he keeps spreading the same lies around, people will listen to him

that's the problem with the internet; you have people like that of no reputation, we dont know who they are, and they expect to get instant credibility

as for leonard, this matter has already been settled. I feel sorry for anyone trying to prove otherwise

you mean the way in which he used his lateral movement w/o so much as tiring throughout the entire 12 rounds that the crowd kept booing

for using his legs TOO MUCH?

along with his 8 punch combos?

Outpunching Roberto 20-1 makes him shot

I'd say your back's to the wall since the film is pretty solid evidence that he wasnt

Only the mentally ill would constantly repeat complete falsehoods as you do. Were your parents alcoholics?
