Brook will find out very quickly in this fight that he does not belong at 160. He simply will not be able to physically withstand GGG punches.
GGG will quite likely target the body.

Nobody will ever convince me that these east european hard punchers are the dogs whatevers, Misters Golovkin and Kovalev will succumb one day to a slick fast moving boxer behind a tidy jab ,so much as I despise them, heads rule the day and I think Brook is not slick enough(shame) and does not have the skill to keep these brutal technicians at bay

Fast Eddie tells Ingle to retire Brook around 8 or 9 followed by much commentator drivel mention of, carried out on his shield ,not his night ,back down to welter where he is stronger

    GGG late stoppage.

I think Brook will have the better of it early on, using his lateral movement and solid jab... but as the fight wears on I see GGG walking and wearing him down.

Would love to be wrong, but can't see it.

Also with Brook moving up in weight, I think GGG is going to go to the body a lot.

Are you forgetting Golovkis jab? Chances are brook won't even win that battle. Once GGG takes away brooks jab it will be all over. Apart from not belonging at 160 there is another reason he is doomed here. He is too "conventional"!
One of GGG lesser known strengths that makes him so hard to deal with is that he throws very "unconventional" shots...long raking hook to head and body. Brooks straight up classical boxing stance makes him vulnerable to exactly such an attack.

To have ANY chance here brook would have to bring something really phenomenally unconventional...such as incredible speed ...and as I say he is just too orthodox.
Even if he was a full middleweight he would still lose badly to GGG.
This is not a even match. It will be like monzon beating up napoles.
Nothing will happen in the first round, but anytime after that.....:tired!

    Monzon a nickname was "escopeta".
Escopeta Es la palabra lo que significa "shotgun" en espagnol!
Poor kell is gonna get shot gunned. :deal

If British fans can't be stopped from looking at things through Union Jack tinted glasses ye should at least give yourselves some chance and bet on a Brit that actually DOES have half a chance here. Smith. He has a faaaar better chance against the chubby Mexican "superstar" foxy locks Canelo than poor kell does against a real star., Golovkin.

I think it's over the very second Golovkin lands a solid body shot, I think Brook will do well up until that point.

As much as id like to see kell win this, a 147 fighter going to face a lb for lb at 160 has car crash written all over it.
Some are saying kell is a real lmw but the truth is hes a big ww and that gives him a massive advantage at 147. An advantage he would lose when/if he moves to lmw.
Also this may be the straw that breaks the camels back for kell fighting at ww. Now hes been bulking for this theres a good chance he wont do147 anymore when he loses.
Love to see kell do this but a stoppage from ggg is all i can see

Brook makes ggg eat his career best brownie bombs but, ultimately, finds out that golovkins bonce is made from the finest, impentrable Khazakh granite. Ggg tko mid-rounds.

    Hmm

Murray (**** boxer according to Len) had him gassed out in the 11th round looking weary. GGG isn't the unstoppable force he's made out to be. :bbb
