Yep. I don't think anyone has an automatic 'right' to be a professional athlete. What I do think is that anyone legitimately participating in the dangerous sport of boxing has the right to do so on an even playing field.

Logically I also feel a lot less people are 'maliciously spiked' then just cheating. We have a duty of care to the fighters and giving second chances to drugs cheats flies in the face of that.

That won't help in the 2 examples I gave.

Yes but if we go down your road, with an automatic lifetime ban, you will hugely up the ante and greatly incentivise "baddies" who might want to get an "inconvenient" fighter out of the way by spiking his food/drink.
We could have a spike in spiking!

Wouldn't it suit a lot of people to have GGG out of the way for example.

I very much doubt that would happen. What I have no doubt of is that lots of fighters are currently on the sauce and it needs to stop.

Yes but wouldn't it be a traffic miscarriage of justice if the world as to be deprived of seeing a great boxer because he was "nobbled" by baddies at an early age and banned for life thereafter?

Meh. I don't think that's likely. It's much more likely that someone's going to get hurt by one of these dopers and both that poor person and boxing as a whole will then seriously suffer.

I replied to your 2 examples with the post i made. If its a south american cattle farmer then buy it from your local organic farmer who slaughters his own cows.
To protect yourself from malicious people you have to keep ur products in a safe place and not buy from anywhere where anyone of ill intention can get at it

I don't buy the contaminated excuse theories either.

The amount of leeway given to athletes on what is considered a positive result is already way too high IMO. I have a hard time believing that these guys are ingesting such large amounts from meat. They're obviously cheating.

I'm against drug cheats too, in case anybody thinks otherwise. I'm not soft on crime.
In terms of bans, I personally would ban that mma thuggery immediately. Total ban. Same for REPEAT drug cheats. I say do it twice and you're out. Just not for a first offence. Ok?

    You're an idiot.

If your hero Carl was battered into a coma by someone who was using PED's you'd be the first to demand justice, life time bans, imprisonment etc.

You're being disrespectful to the many fighters that have boxed out of that gym. They've had countless champions and boxers are always tested after title fights and Brook has had lots of random testing. Do you have any proof of your accusations or just a very good lawyer?

He's jealous because he suffers with confidence issues and uses steroids to enhance his own physique.
