Sky really need to stop hiring Brook for fights. In the Porter v Thurman fight Brook had difficulty describing Porter's style, despite the fact that he has actually fought him.

Brook makes Froch and Khan look like actual boxing fans.

I suppose taking a big payday against golovkin is better than a mand against spence. Hell make far more

It will be a miracle if he sees R2, GGG would have battered Froch never mind Kell.

I can see Brook being sharp and elusive early doors snapping out the jab... but as the fight wears on & GGG continues to walk him down cutting the ring off he'll close the distance and finish the show with blows to the body.

Brook will take an absolute beating if he sticks around that long. He gets hit too much, how on earth is he going to cope with GGG's shots? He will get his face rearranged. Thats the reality of it.

    In order:

    1. For 'the hardest P4P puncher in the world' there is very little evidence of many of GGG's recent opponents lying on the canvass unconscious. He hits hard yes, but it's his accuracy and punch placement which is key to his stoppages which tend to come when the ref steps in to save the opponent or when they have had enough in the case of Geale, for example.

    2. Brook's cardio may well benefit from not having to weight drain and re-hydrate excessively. Feeling stronger in clinches will help stamina. Watch Carson Jones v Kel Brook 1 and see how Brook ran out of steam because of having to get down to 147 (and he was a less committed professional back then)

    3. Extra weight will aid his punch power and resistance.

    4. It's not a mismatch, it will be competitive for as long as it lasts.

    5. GGG will win, but Brook will come out of this fight with his reputation enhanced.

I think Ingle will pull him too. Maybe not straight away, but the corner stopping the fight is my likely outcome

Usually I would give these threads a miss but do think it could carry weight. Moving up weight against the top man in the division and a big puncher is a massive risk. Add that Brook does seem to get very down Carson Jones and the stabbing what will a devastating knockout do to his career.

Will be rooting for Kell and best case is he looses on points. Gets a massive amount of respect his stock rises and big fights can still be made.

Worst case he gets badly knocked out within 3 and its a total miss match.

All Bookmakers disagree with your point 4 mate but credit to Brook for taking a fight in which he is a big underdog unlike Tony Dosh who will not even take a 75/25 fight to date
