I am not sure, please tell me.

Is it about skill, resume or record or even all of it combined?

Sorry there was something wrong with my computer ,ok so the p4p rating is about a fighter's skillset and his resume

    p4p rating is bullsh!t.

Unless you're rating them in an "all-time" sense, and therefore comparing their ENTIRE CAREERS against each other, and even then it's kind of vague .... it makes no sense to throw guys from different divisions into one list. It's stupid.
You can't have a CURRENT pound-for-pound list that makes any sense.

It's just a gimmick to promote fighters and for fans and commentators to argue about bullsh!t.

    It's fun to argue, yes.
But p4p ratings are really more for the fans and for the TV pundits and 'experts' to appear clever.
Of course, the fighters who are rated near the top of those lists like it too because it gets them a higher profile !
And more potential to land the $$$$Super-Fights !

In reality, a fighter can only really prove himself in whatever weight class he's currently active in. A heavyweight fight should have no impact on whether a flyweight goes up or down in the ratings list !
