he'd not, hes 40 this year I think. 40somethings generally don't, they just get called out by young cowardzaghes.

Back when this fight was being talked about Froch would have beaten him. He can stand up to GGG's power. Froch has underrated boxing ability and would land easily on GGG. Now with him being retired I doubt he could even make 168 if he tried.

I think it's harsh to say that James blew it by losing to George. It was an extremely close fight, they were young and inexperienced, they never had a rematch, and it was 3 years before Carl beat George. It's not like they'd fought just prior with Carl agreeing to face the winner. Of course James deserved the fight. He'd built himself back up and he became Carl's mandatory. Also, Carl could have handled the situation very different. At first, he gave everyone the impression he was going to fight him. But then he said he had no motivation, and then after he'd relinquished the belt, he spoke of how easily he'd have beaten him.

I think it would have been great, and I'd need to see how GG looks at SMW before giving an in depth opinion.

I'd rather see GGG vs Ward. If there's anything left of Ward after Krusher, hopefully there will be.

Froch got a nose job so he is never getting in the ring again. Plus he is too big and strong for GGG

If Froch hadn't of gotten the nose job I would agree but that pretty much says he isn't ever coming back. I liked Froch. He was fun to watch.

You literally never disappoint. Keep up the good work you whacko.

On topic, Carl was never going to face GGG at that stage of his career. His ego wouldn't allow him to risk getting a hiding in front of his fans and in fairness to him, it wouldn't have been nice - even if a little funny - to see him go out like that.

Froch had a chance to fight Golovkin, but refused to fight him, so he should either shut up for fight........................Golovkin would knock Froch out, outbox Froch and knock him out..............
