Virgin should be fine, only affects the HD channel which isn't available on Virgin

That's the bit that gets me, I've contacted Sky on numerous occasions with no luck, you would have thought BoxNation would carry more weight than a mere customer and get on their case.

It's terrible customer service from a centre that one doesn't have any interest or two any experience with trying to deal with the problem. They just push it towards sky end. Which I feel is completely not sky's doing or problem if it was it probably wouldn't be happening because there a big enough and very experienced company to sort problems out. They would also be more helpful in sorting the problem if it was them, you then end up with a loyal and long term customer like myself having no other option than to cancel. Does make me wonder why only certain people are having the problem though.

Heard from sugar88 that he has probems when changing channels from Babestation to Boxnation HD but there is no flicker of the jittery buggs on Babestation when changing from Boxnation HD.

    Hope that helps

Having the same problem with the HD channel. Has anyone got in touch with the CEO of Boxnation George Warren to try to resolve this issue?

Why cancel when you can watch on the normal chanel? Is HD really that important? Doesn't bother me whether I'm watching anything on HD or normal television.

Thanks for the response Bob, I'm still having the same problem.

I've sent an email to Sky Complaints this week outlining the situation and providing them with background information re the steps we've taken to resolve it. I don't hold much hope that it will do any good.

Re George Warren, I didn't know who he was until this week. I did Google him to find an email or contact telephone number but found nothing. I did find a Twitter ID but I don't want to send a message through that. Does anyone have contact information for him? If so, please could you pass it along for me to contact him?

The talk of the upcoming Fury fight being promoted through Sky Box Office makes me wonder what channel(s) it will be on? BoxNation only or BoxNation and Sky Box Office? If the former, then we might find quite a few people complain to BoxNation about the picture quality keep flickering on the HD channel... surly if this happens they will take steps to resolve the issue.

I have stuck in a complaint about Boxnation to Sky today.

Firmly requested that Sky get Boxnation to fook off the Sky Planner in the Sports Section and suggested they stick it on channel 872 on a Pink Button.
