Canelo-Smith: How Many PPVs Will This Farce Sell?

350k and it's not a Frace whatsoever. A farce was GGG-Brook, and Canelo-Khan, but HATERS will hate, even if it means losing credibility iin the process.

 

GGG's people did a smart thing by having that fight in England where Brook is well known. The the results had a lot to do with his name. THat fight would not have sold that well in the States. Smith is virtually unknown in the US so the PPV results in Canelo/Beefy will depend highly on Canelo's name recognition.

I agree, the 97K figure was used relentlessly by the people that don't like Golovkin, it was brought up on threads that had nothing to do with that subject, that all went quiet when Crawford did about 50K, then we got "It was all Arums fault".

The fact Golovkin isn't American and Crawford is made it even funnier for me.

We will see the numbers after Saturday and I'll be surprised (and pleased believe it or not) if they are anywhere near the figures being quoted for Golovkin Vs Brook. Those figures from last Saturday don't seem to be met with the same amount as ridicule and are hardly mentioned like the 97k was.

If they are less this Saturday then we will see excuse after excuse after excuse and then some more excuses.

 

canelo gave up that belt and ran back to 154. golovkin is the a-side because he would crush canelo. don't care about numbers that fit "there's a sucker born every minute"

It's definitely NOT a farce. It's actually not a bad fight and the only reason
it's not given the proper credit is because Canelo/GGG still looms out there.

 

I just like laughing at all the bent out of shape GG fans who cry about everything Canelo does

 

Man I'm sorry everybody trashes Floyd. Really I am, he was a great fighter when he was younger. It's too bad but at this point it is what it is. You just need to move on,
