monroe is a good pure boxer. and can give alot of guys a frustrating night. but canelo is on another level .
I like willie, he has the talent and the speed. I just don't think he has the drive to apply himself and to push himself to be better and more entertaining. That fight was boring. I just hope he keeps it up and improves

I think it's a very difficult to understand relation boxer-manager. Sadly, but greedy managers deleted many potentially interesting fights.
Willy Munroe can't hold Lara's jockstrap. You need to train your eye if you see no difference between the two. He can barely throw a jab properly. His hitting technique is poor and looping. This is why he can't generate any power and has an embarrassingly low stoppage ratio of only 20% Lara is an exceptional boxer. Smooth and fluid. A laser guided lead left hand. And hits hadrer than Wily despite being a 154'er
Willie Monroe Jr. isn't all that good and would likely lose every time he stepped up to top competition. I'm glad for him though he's putting some wins together.
They are downplaying Monroe but in reality he's a good boxer, great timing, sense of distance and jab.
