The circus continues. Jr has pulled out of the Langford fight citing injury but the statement is quite amazing to be honest when it comes to the vacating. I ****ing despise these two. Genuinely hope no promoter works with either of them and no one gifts them any kind of payday.

Eubank Jnr’s management team have advised that, in their opinion, there has not been a fighter in the history of British Boxing who has had such a vast chasm of fighting prowess between him and the contenders for the British Championship in ability, speed, strength, accuracy and skill since its inauguration by the Marquess of Queensbury in the 1800’s.So vast, in fact, that when winning the challenge for British Championship, Chris Eubank Snr had to advise him to leave his opponent’s head alone as he was taking far too much punishment and the referee didn’t see what was clear to the former world champion.Chris Eubank Jnr was advised to go to the body because of his father’s past participation in the great game. If you can disrupt your opponent’s breathing, you can effectively stop him quicker than to the head. There is strategic and tactical knowledge in the advice as well as compassion because the body can recover where the head does not always recover. The opponent was subsequently put into an induced coma as a result of the punishment he was made to sustain.

It is a really bizarre statement PG but anyone who has followed Jr's career will not be surprised and it is a circus you are spot on.

For anyone unaware the purse bid for the Langford fight a 300k pot, excellent money and makes the decision even stranger for me as Jr would of obviously as champion be getting the lions share and must of been happy at the time as the contract for the Langford fight was signed.

Am bored with Chris Eubank Jnr now.

It's a total circus and he just doesn't want to fight.

He would have been mandatory for GGG if he would have fought Danny Jacobs.

He is a joke fighter though. Absolute liability for any promoter

It's the sense of entitlement that bothers me. They'd done nothing to warrant the Saunders fight, which they lost and now they're finally having the fights they should have had prior to Saunders...again they feel they're deserving of something more. To date his best win is Nick Blackwell. Or that sparring with Froch from years ago, that seems to count for something according to his fans

The tail dont wag the dog but in this case it does. Hearn and warren need to stop thinking in dollars and leave the eubanks out in the cold, theyre nothing without a british promoter but snr is running em ragged.

Still cant believe people on here comparing Eubank to top name world class fighters. This donkey doesn't deserve the recognition. Why tell stupid lies? If he vacates the title, vacate it and shut up,dont b***s**t about an injury aswell.Timewaster Eubank is becoming a big embarrassment.

It's a shame as he does seem to be a talented fighter but as yet has proved nothing apart from being good at talking a load of bollocks.

And why is the actual injury not mentioned it's just that he's been hurt in sparring someone 14stone! lol

It's a shame that Chris Sr has come back into the boxing game, with his son as a puppet for his ego.

Like him or loathe him he had become, it seemed, a relatively harmless eccentric individual in his years away from boxing. But now I just have a bad feeling something bad is going to come of all this.
I don't know what, but something. Something crazy.
Because it is becoming increasingly obvious there's some madness in the heads of these guys. Uncontrollable egos, and there's going to be tension, and breaking point somewhere down the line.

These guys are a joke snr has no idea where he is steering he's son.

Let's look at there recent decisions, gets handed his first loss to in domestic dust up and goes to win a interim belt. He then vacates the belt and a chance to fight Jacobs because he wants to win the British title. Wins the British title, turns down a career high payday of 3 mil to fight for around 200k. Then vacates the British belt and the chance to become mandatory for his biggest rival and avenge the only loss on his resume. Now his out in the wilderness with no fight booked, no belt, no promoter willing to work with him in the UK. His father will be end of his career at this rate.

You guys are missing something. Frank put Nathanael Wilson (Eubank Sr's son who he cut out of his life) on the undercard. Clearly this was an antagonistic move. Obviously the Eubanks would be reluctant to attend a press conference with Wilson there too.

Whether or not you agree with the pull out, this was probably the reason. The YouTuber "Hatman strikes back" made a good video about this. Wilson isn't even a great boxer so Frank clearly signed him and placed him on the undercard to wind up the Eubanks.

My bet is that Jr is not injured and will probably look for a different route now. He would have demolished Langford anyway, so we aren't missing much there and it's a good think he's vacated the British title. He's levels up British level.

There is no logic in this premise. Bottom line the Eubanks signed a contract in which it stipulated they would attend press conferences they didn't.I wonder how long it will be before the penny drops with fans and they see this Prat as the bullsh*tter he is, and his Father as the attention seeking, preening, egoist he is? All the fights he has talked about have fallen through and with different promoters, the blame here lies squarely in Brighton!

I just told you the most plausible reason why they didn't attend the press conferences. Whether or not you agree with their decision to not attend, the Eubanks were clearly irritated by the fact that Frank Warren put this no mark boxer on their card in particular.

It was a ***** move from Frank regardless of what you think of the Eubanks. It's hardly conducive to having them attend.

I wonder what the plan of Eubank senior is, he defo won't let junior sign with al haymon, lets face it, when u sign with haymon, your signing with satan, but eubank senior wants full control, which he wont if haymon nabs him, very strange situation
