Hatton fight was mandatory defence. Floyd still has time for next mandatory even if he fights ODLH in September. Although I doubt he will defend against Berto anyway. They should have arranged someone better as mandatory. Pointless fight.

Castillejo was WBC 154 interim for almost three years, I think Berto's trainer rushes a bit.

I'll have to check again tomorrow, I don't see Floyd doing this though but then again he is all about money now and a mandatory title defence against Berto probly wouldn't bring him much money. Even though it would probly be an easy victory for Mayweather.

Ahh wish he would just fight Berto to keep the belt if it is true. Then beat De La Hoya and hopefully beat Cotto.

I know he wants Cotto to get a bigger fan base but the fight itself wouldn't need a huge fan base for Floyd to make money off it. It's ever boxing fans dream fight at the moment and I'm sure alot of people would watch it.

Not as much as many as De La Hoya Mayweather did but enough.
