    WBC Top-15 are:

    1. Alexander Povetkin
    2. Bermane Stiverne
    3. Kubrat Pulev
    4. Joseph Parker
    5. David Haye
    6. Johann Duhaupas
    7. Andy Ruiz
    8. Bryant Jennings
    9. Malik Scott
    10. Eric Molina
    11. Gerald Washington
    12. Carlos Takam
    13. Mariusz Wach
    14. Dereck Chisora
    15. Jarrell Miller

Povetkin and Stiverne will fight for WBC interim, so they are off.

Pulev and Parker will be fighting AJ soon

Duhaupas, Molina - already had their shots.

Scott - no one will buy it.

So there are available contenders Haye (highly unlikely), Ruiz jr (unlikely, too), Jennings, Washington, Takam, Wach, Chisora and Miller.

I think it will be Washington but won't be surprised if it will be Wach.

Haye would do no such thing. He would throw 5 punches a round and backpeddle the whole fight.

Gerald Washington would fit the bill.

The WBC has become unashamedly American, and would prefer Deonkey to face Americans so when he looses the belt stays stateside.

Washington would be my bet although Chisora must be in with an outside chance having looked pretty awful against Pulev in his last outing.

It'd be hilarious if Delboy then got the W and ended up being a 'world' champ.

The winner of Stiverne-Povetkin. Why do you think the WBC approves another voluntary? It would be Povetkin if Wilder wasn't injured. He will face Povetkin early next year.
