You think Wlad turned down a share of £30M to fight AJ, to instead fight Browne because he would rather fight for the WBA than the IBF?

The duck couldn't be anymore blatant. Wlad will never fight Joshua.

Why does Wlad even care about a WBA belt at this point K2 must brainwash they fighters into thinking belts mean everything GGG thinks the same way

He doesn't care about it, he just has no interest in getting KO'd by Joshua.

Nah Dino you're confused as usual. Wlad/Povetkin was the biggest purse bid in boxing history not the biggest purse. It was only $23 million. Wlad/Haye was bigger both walked away with $22.5 million each almost as much as the entire combined purse of Wlad/Povetkin.

Then you have older fights like the Tyson/Holyfield rematch, Tyson got $30 million and Holyfield $35 million which dwarfs Wlad/Povetkin especially if you factor in inflation, it would be like them earning over $50 million each in today's money.

Joshua/Wlad is being talked about being a £30 million fight, if that's true and it makes that much it will be as big as Wlad/Haye. Making it one of the biggest money fights in many years at heavyweight.

Yes there are rules and regulation but money talks in boxing, but then again boxing is so unpredictable you never know what's going to happen.

Wlad will now fight Browne who is a real threat

Browne would be joshua fury and hayes best opponent and is at least 50/50 against all of them.

    Nobody wants browne

    Wlad is a warrior

I can't buy into the idea of Wlad being afraid to fight Joshua. He fought Povetkin in Moscow ffs and spent the last decade clearing out the division.

Let me get my politics right here, please correct me of any misinformation. Wlad isn't in the IBF top 15, so without the WBA sanctioning the fight with AJ would have had to be a non-title right right? I can't see that happening in any world to be honest.

On a side note, when first talking about the fight there's a video of Hearn saying "we want the extra belts on the line" and now he's been on radio saying "well, Wlad obviously just doesn't want it". I ****ing hate that guy

Don't understand why people are making a big deal of hearns earlier comments about wanting all the titles on the line.

After two weeks of hard negotiations I am not surprised he is now happy to fight without the WBA title on the line.

Wants to get the fight made.

You don't have to buy anything, the facts are the facts. Wlad has turned down a shot at the IBF and an absolute fortune so he can fight mediocre Browne in Germany. Hearn saying they wanted the extra belts on the line means nothing, they are still happy to go ahead with the fight without them. Wlad wants nothing to do with Joshua, that couldn't be more clear.

Most of us have no idea of the political motivations for some of what is going on.
Maybe Wladimir prefers to hold the WBA belt, maybe there's an issue with the IBF.
Wladimir's camp has been 100% open about the fact that more than the IBF belt needs to be on the line.

The IBF are the organization that jumped ship when Fury beat Wlad, having sanctioned the fight and knowing full well the rematch was on the cards if Wlad was to lose. Although they'd recognized Wlad as champion since 2006, longer than any of the others, they jumped ship and Glazkhov-Martin will decide the champion, not a Wlad-Fury rematch.
The IBF are the biggest joke of the lot in the heavyweight division at the moment, even from an outsider perspective.

Problem is, Wladimir - and to some extent Joshua too - is in danger of becoming irrelevant if they don't fight someone decent next.
Wladimir's been out for almost a year already, hasn't looked good in 2 years, and is 40 years old.

Joshua, depsite all the hype, hasn't even beat a guy who everyone would agree belongs/belonged in the world's top 10!
    EVER !

 Wlad fanboys are beyond deluded.

Political motivations lol. You really think if Wlad was confident of beating AJ he'd turn down £30m and the IBF because he'd rather 'hold' the WBA?
