Callum Smith could be an awesome champion but has the wrong trainer in Gallagher. He's tall and rangy (so is Ramirez, I know) and yet Joe has him walking forward, hands high, staying in range and not punching with his opponent like all his fighters do, despite the fact he has a great counter left hook when he is forced onto the back foot. He could win most of his fights behind the jab but Joe gets him engaging on the front foot. He will get caught out boxing like this one day. With that in mind I lean towards Ramirez too.
Gallagher will ruin his potential with his awful 1-D "one-size-fits-all" approach to training fighters. Gallagher could have Rigo and he'd have him fight with a high tight guard moving like a magnet towards his opponent and relying on absorbing enough punishment before the opponent gasses or landing a big body shot.
I've already seen Smith adopting the usual Gallagher tactics recently. He's been awful the past few fights.
Head movement will decide this fight if it were to happen so with that being said I'll go with Ramirez on point's.
