    I'm always amused when someone criticises a poster for not being as good as the athlete they're criticising as if that's the case we may as well shut all forums and discussion down.

    There is criticism and then there is taking the ****. Anybody who steps in a ring deserves respect, the injuries folk like Mike Towell, Nick Blackwell etc have suffered is a reminder of the risks a boxer takes. Yet we have a board here full of smart arses who have absolutely no respect what so ever and wouldn't have the balls to go anywhere near a ring.
    Criticising a boxer is one thing and perfectly acceptable, taking the **** and mocking a boxer aint on. Absolutely no respect.
    The fact these people only have the bottle to say such things online shows the utter cowards they are.

    There are some boxers who deserve to be trolled though! Amir Khan is the top example of a boxer who trolls the fans constantly, that's why he hardly gets any respect and he wonders why. The only respect he gets these days is for his charity work.
