Why do some posters call every close fight a robbery? Serious question as I browse the Ward v Kov threads. The fight could have gone either way. I scored it for kov 2 times with sound off like you boxing elitist say to do, but as an objective fan. I could definitely see why you would feel more inclined to throw a close rounds to Ward.
Stop for the love of God calling every close fight a robbery, it really does a disservice to the sport.

Close fights can still easily end in a robbery .

But fights like Martinez/Cintron, now those were horrible robberys.

I still feel a draw would have been the correct decision. Neither man separated himself from the other. Very even bout and a rematch is needed.

It should also be 15 rounds. Really am sick and tired of 12 round championship fights.

if you have to give the decision to one man it would be KO4Clev.

There is no way on earth Andre won that, though credit for battling back.

The most you can give him is a draw.

    Sergey is still LHW Champ.
