Is Frampton making a mistake by taking the Santa Cruz rematch in the Las Vegas cesspit?

LOL Floyd losing in Vegas would be like Sonny Liston losing to PeeWee Hermann by KO its that unlikely

Anyone who thinks this is an idiot. They should fight at Barclays or in the UK, since Carl has the titles. I'd be far more concerned about shady judging in the UK than in Vegas. But Frampton will soundly outbox LSC, so it won't be an issue.

Nah Frampton is p4p, Santa Cruz is not, although he is good. Frampton needs to win that rematch, take that belt off Selby then fight Valdez, so we can have Valdez as unified and lineal.

the only place worse than vegas is germany i would say, u have to shoot your opponent to win there, just stab him in vegas will do, judging overall in the states is horrible, great for the likes of ward etc though, he cant lose

I have big concerns about this. Latino power is much greater than Irish power in pretty much all the USA these days. Many dodgy verdicts are going to Latino boxers these days. Frampton says:
"What can LSC do different - he threw 1200 punches in the first fight" - but Carl may be missing the point. LSC may already have done all he needs to win simply by moving the rematch further west to Vegas.
Unless Carl can stop LSc - highly unlikely - then I do fear he could well get ripped off in Vegas.
Lets not forget -didnt Frampton only get a majority decision in New York?....and lets face it he was a fairly clear winner. Very little has to change for the rematch to go to LSC. Plus there will be the 'big money' interest it a tie-breaker third fight exerting its influence too. Carl has a lot to worry about IMO.

UK give fighters a much fairer crack of the whip than Las Vegas.

Heck, they even let Mayweather take PEDs while all his opponents had to be clean as a whistle.

Be easier for Frampton next time, he won't go back in straight lines, massive mistake against someone like Santa Cruz who throws so many punches. Frampton wide UD.

I think Frampton is a true elite fighter with great skills and he's on a higher level than LSC, but LSC still made it a very close fight and the fight could of gone either way. They fought in NYC where Frampton had more support than Leo, not gonna happen 2nd time around, only fair. But I think Leo understands Frampton is the A side with a bigger fanbase, BOTH might be compelled to go for the ko/tko this time around.

You don't think the "Latino factor" is relevant? I would do be too sure......

No. America doesn't give a shyt about Santa Cruz. Even if they did the kid is slow as fark and has no substance. Very robotic and slow. No way can he make it close enough to beat Carl Frampton. Ward is levels above Santa Cruz.
