Fury vs Wlad PPV - 28/11/15
AJ vs Whyte PPV - 12/12/15

    Wouldn't bet against it.

This is a cash grab from Bellew that Haye was more than happy to get in on.

That's not a defence of Haye it's just how I see it. He loves bashing up overmatched domestic guys with big mouths for big money be even he wouldn't have been shameless enough to suggest Bellew initially.

I also fail to see how anyone could want that POS Warren back in a position of power. I'm all for a competive landscape but British boxing needs that crook back in the frame like I need a whole in the head. We need someone like Hearn to challenge Eddie. Kalle step the **** up.

AJ is selling PPV to the casuals, we all know this. They want to see AJ knocking out his next victim and Eddie will string this along for as long as he can. He might well be expecting Haye to win this one to set up an AJ vs Haye PPV next year imo.

Face facts guys, most of us will be watching this fight

Even though we know its 95% likely that Bellew walks onto a counter inside the first 9 minutes and does not get back up again in time.

Haye is faster and hits harder, and we know Bellew will walk right onto him.

I don't get it...look how bellew fought stevenson...guy talks the talk but he'll fight scared against haye and get knocked out sooner...

What I do find funny is how they both attempt to big each other up to justify it. Haye ssying they're the same size for example...they might be tge same height but haye has about 2 stone more muscle and a stone less fat, even when coming in at 220+. Then Bellew diminishing his achievements and calling him a con man but then describing him as the most dangerous and hardest hitting heavyweight out there and saying how big a draw he is yet noone wants to fight him...

Hey trying to act as though size wise this isn't a mismatch and Bellew making excuses for when he gets KTFO...

    Final straw?

No this fight will do huge numbers. It would be ridiculous not to do it on ppv

Eddie will get someone killed in there soon with these mismatches.

OVIL MCKENZIE dropped Bellew. Haye will put him out BADLY. Golovkin BROKE Brook's FACE.

These mismatches, and that's what they are, will result in a serious injury one day.

Usyk vs Wlad - That's how you'd do the best in one division against the next. Not this s*it.

And in the next breath Tony calls himself the best CW in the world when he wasn't even the best LHW in BRITAIN!

That was my point about Bellew being boring. Say's he's willing to die in there etc but gets hit and falls apart.

It's just a shame, as both fighters are in a position where they can REALLY cement a legacy, but they chose the money route.

Who cares that it is on PPV. just watch it on a stream as it won't last long. Doesn't bother me that others will pay €20 for it.

I personally think the UK right now is where the US was with PPV about 5 years ago.
What I mean with that, is while actual boxfans complained about fights that had no business being on PPV due to it being mismatches or even neiter of the fighters being worthy of headlining such an event, the fans of those fighters, combined with the casuals overruled them by buying it anyway in high anough numbers that their voice got muted.
Things have changed a lot in the US recently, and PPV sales are pretty damn low over there, even for the bigger fights. But in the UK they can still pull this trick.

Of course this fight is some WWE show event, and doesn't belong on PPV. But I'm pretty sure the people will buy that cr_p!

    Great point.

If Floyd's numbers can go down (as seen in the Berto fight) then so can our numbers.

What happened to Haye's deal with Boxnation?

As for this PPV it boils down to two things- a) Haye won't fight on Sky without PPV and b) Hearn knows that this will sell incredibly well across the board despite Haye being the overwhelming favourite.

Could be worse guys- the WWE runs 17 PPV events on Sky a year sometimes charging more than a Matchroom PPV.
