Is Floyd Mayweather Jr an unbeaten figter?

The only fight that is debatable is Castillo 1. The argument for him losing is sound. But it was a very close fight and it went his way. I voted yes, he's undefeated. I thought he beat Maidana 7-5 at worst. I don't see an argument for Maidana in that fight. I did think Maidana beat up Floyd and Floyd did no damage at all to him. But round wise, Maidana didn't win, he lost some rounds where he didn't land and Floyd landed some pot shots.

I also don't think he schooled Pac at all, he landed very, very little, but Pac even less. It was an awful fight. He didn't school anything but clearly beat Pac.

 

The point of boards like this is to talk boxing beyond records. If we are just going to be like, "look up Boxrec", then there's no point at all in being here.

Still, I think he's unbeaten but not for that reason.

I scored the first Castillo fight for Castillo, but the margin and closeness of rounds were insufficient to term it a robbery.

So yes, he's undefeated, with one gift on his resume.

 

if your answering no you can't be taken seriously. There is a difference in articulating a fight YOU FEEL he should have loss, cool...but to blatantly say he is not undefeated is you just hating and being a troll...that's the only excuse I can come up with.
