Its obvious your boxing knowledge is limited to what you read on these message boards.

:risas3: If so, everyone needs to immediately put ISAL on the disregard list, as Isal ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT have a clue.

Oscar De La Hoya owns Ring Magazine. You don't think the boss has any influence on rankings?

I can almost guarantee that there is an ulterior motive in keeping Golovkin high on the P4P list.

Or maybe, like, y'know, most of these guys think Golovkin's actually pretty good (they have him #6). Is it even possible that maybe you're missing something?

You are probably new to boxing, or perhaps you live in a bubble. When a big money fight happens, everyone involved in boxing gets paid, including judges, ref, promoters, networks, websites, magazines etc... When there are no cash cows, or mega fights in the horizon, everyone in boxing is sad, because there is no huge paydays.

Remember this my son, boxing is a business first, and everyone involved in prize fighting is seeking the prize, including The Ring, including the Networks, and boxing websites such as this one just to name some examples.

Canelo vs Ggg is one if not the biggest fight that can be made at the moment, and you better bet your ass that all these boxing insiders want in on it.

OK, I think I got it. If anyone thinks Golovkin's any good it's because they're biased, blinded by self-interest or don't know sh1t about boxing. Is that about right? How lucky we are to have genuinely objective posters like you to spread the word! Do the same rules apply to other fighters or is it just Mr 97k?

:risas3: Isal thinks he's a BUSINESS expert spouting nonsense and regurgitating GBP's propaganda.

:uptosomething: In reality, Isal, a Canelo Troll, is a second rate BACK ROOM CLERK and he doesn't have a CLUE about how business negotiations are conducted!!!

    See how dumb you are.

Golovkin obviously, and clearly has world class talent and skill. The issue is not whether or not Golovkin is "any good" or not, its that he has not tested himself against top level opposition. And before you say no one wants to fight him, that is complete rubbish and has been proven a myth.

Golovkin is unique in that he is a very high risk low reward if you lose but high reward if you win. Fighters like Lara, Trout, Ward, even Canelo have all been vocal about fighting Golovkin, but Golovkin either refuses the terms, or blatantly ignores them. He is getting older and not doing any favors for his legacy. He will be lucky to even get into the HoF.

So why won;t the elite face him? And if you think he isn't elite, you're on something.

    Cotto wouldn't mention his name
Jacobs just turned down 2 mill
    Saunders doesn't wanna know
    Canelo declined

F*ck you, idiot. So fickle you newbies are.

    Ring Magazine's Updated list:
    1. Gonzalez
    2. Ward
    3. Kovalev
    4. GOLOVKIN???
    5. Crawford
    6. Lomachenko
    7. Rigondeaux
    8. Canelo

    9. Yamanaka
    10. Frampton

This list is unconscionable. At the VERY least, the guys highlighted should be ahead of Bumlovkin. The Triple Duck's whole body of work amounts to that of a prospect. He's beaten NOBODY...

I think the earth is flat. when I look into a horizon, I see a flat plane and so far, there's no evidence of curvature.
