Although Wlad seems to be on the slide (Tyson had the perfect game plan), does anyone still think he is a step too far for a man who's best win is Eric Molina?

Wlad has way more to his arsenal than AJ (he is a better puncher in ALL departments)
AJ got rocked by Whyte (who isn't even a puncher)
    Wlad's experience is unreal
AJ is a novice in comparison
    Both have something to prove

Who do you see winning this fight and how?

I keep going back to when Whyte rocked him and it makes me think that if that was Wlad hitting him it'd have been game over.

AJ isn't in there with a pudding. He's in there with one THE BEST HW's to ever live.

AJ as I don't think Vlad can pull the trigger anymore.

    Wlad is old.
By the time the fight happens he would have been out of the ring 17 months. With two aborted training camps, cancelled fights and at least one injury.
He didn't show anything against Fury.
He didn't show much against Jennings, that's April 2015. How's he going to look in April 2017 ?

If Wlad beats AJ that doesn't say much for AJ.

Dillian Whyte is AJ's best win.

Maybe but the division has no depth. Outside Joshua vs Haye, this is the biggest fight out there for Joshua.

You would still have to make Wlad a slight favourite despite his inactivity and the fact his last good win was a brutal stoppage of Pulev in Nov 2014.

The Fury loss and Laboured win against Jennings could have just been two bad nights.

AJs best win is still Whyte and that is far from being at the kind of level Wlad has been operating at undefeated for the past 10 years undefeated until the Fury loss.

Of course age plays a part in this- and Wlad could just be shot. I think there is a possiblity his last two performances were caused by his wife and her Post natal depression and the issues a man faces when he is married to an unstable actress type women. Very few actresses ever make good wives, or ever stay married to one guy for more than a few years before getting divorced. If Wlad has cleared the issues he has with his wife and is not actually shot, then he could be back with a massive bang and shock a lot of people.

AJ should bulldoze Klit...hope the tactics will be exactly that because if not it will be the most boring boring boring zzzzzzzzz jabfest in history and 80,000 disappointed fans and many more who will pay to watch it.

The worry is that there's already too much respect and fist touching already so can't see a tear up but just robot wars.

I think Hearn has overestimated the extent of Klits decline and will be in for a shock.

Yes, based on Wlad's name and 'legend' status and Joshua as a rising star, the fight would be massive.

AJ v Haye holds no interest for me. I'm not sure why Haye is popular, maybe something to do with celebrity TV shows that I don't watch. I don't get it.

Joshua v Wilder should be the biggest fight out there.
Obviously Fury v Joshua but Fury went AWOL.

    That's possible.
But then everyone is guessing one way or the other, no one knows.

I think more credit needs to be given to Fury. No other heavyweight will be able to replicate what Fury did.

Age is clearly catching up with Klit a bit but I think he'll handle Joshua. Joshua has been hit flush like once? And look at his reaction.

This. Wlad is most definitely on the decline but we have not seen Joshua in with anybody close to Klitschko's style and it could be a horrible match up for Joshua. I believe Klitschko still has enough to beat Joshua at this point in his career. I'm going with him to win on points.

i like klit at 3/1 to win via ko. There's several questions to ask about AJ, can he take a punch? can he do 12 rounds? can he fight on the back foot when he's in with a live opponent? There's a question mark about how shot klit is too and what he has left but he can fight a relatively boring safe fight and be comfortable whilst AJ hasn't done anything to suggest he can do this.

Good fight though, because its hard to predict with much certainty what will happen.
