True, but after Toney beat Jirov, I remember reading in the newspaper that they were negotiating a fight at a CW Or at the Cruiserweight limit... probably the former but I don't remember exactly what the weight was. But yeah I don't consider that a duck because they were separated by at least 40 pounds at that time. So that doesn't constitute a duck.
If Hopkins wins this fight, I'd consider him the best fighter of all-time. In an October 2016 interview on ESPN, Hopkins said that the high point of career was knocking out John David Jackson and Glen Johnson (in 1997). For him to be 20 years removed from his peak, and beating an in-prime, Top 10 light heavyweight nearly a quarter century younger than him would be mind blowing.
