No, it doesn't look normal. Nor should it. We are talking about a professional boxer for 20-years, who over that period of time, has been THE Champ for 10+ years. Why would someone like that have a "normal" body??? As if they were an "average joe" or something...that's ridiculous.

Of course he isn't going to look "normal" compared to your average 40-year old who works a desk job 40+ hours a week , exercises very little and eats like ****.

I knew the word normal would cause confusion, by normal I didn't want it to seem I meant like the body of 40 year old in the general public. I meant does his body look like a body of 40 year old can attain slash maintain?

We're not talking about just keeping a around 10% at one of the lower weights. We're talking about being 6'8 of mainly muscle, your testerone levels will not allow for that at that age especially with that height. Why do you think a lot of older athlete take testerone replacing therapy (TRT).

If you think Vlad is natural, you have to think Shannon Briggs is too?

You can't keep the steroid gains without maintaining a similar level of training and considering the levels of training these PEDs allow for are incredible. The recovery times and volume of trainings these drugs allow for are incredible hence why someone can become so huge, faster, stronger and leaner on them.

All athletes at the top level are on either steroids, EPO etc... Passing a test is not always a sign that someone is clean. The test has to be taking at the right time when concentrations are high enough to be detected. That is why random testing during training is so important. Be sceptical about the possibility that all your favourite fighters are clean.....

All drug tests are just IQ tests.
He passes the same way that Vlad does, they aren't stupid and have a doctor's assistance when it comes to timing for sure.

In this day and age, the most professional athletes have a team of lawyers and doctors accompanying them when it comes to the taking the doping tests.
Others just buy off key people in the doping agency.

There's probably some clean-living, organic-food eating vegan who never touches any chemical or drug who is employed to supply urine for Anthony Joshua and Usain Bolt.
Or some guy at the lab just throws away their sample and replaces it with one he's already tested clean.

    Money talks.

You can. Take a little trouble to read up on this subject. Studies have shown the benefits of steroid use remains long after an athlete has stopped taking them. Of course, there will be a drop off if training is no longer chemically enhanced, but the body does not return to it's normal condition for many, many years. There's been research into this matter. Admittedly these studies focused on 100m sprinters but they tend to be about 200llbs and are reasonably comparable to CWs and HWs in terms of physique.

Much of this is to do with the different levels of training needed to maintain muscle mass compared to building it, but as another poster mentioned benefits remain:
