I was thinking and one name sprung to mind

    Danny Williams

He has obviously got to fight undefeated Airich and then he has john mcdermott for the british title. If he wins both fights, that would set him up the rankings and with the british title would be a great gauge to how good haye is at heavy.

Williams is a big super heavyweight ko power, good skills aqnd maybe a tad past his best and his chin isn't made of iron but he can take a good shot.

He is slow enough for haye to catch but there will always be the element of danger from the power of williams.

    Be a good domestic fight.

Other then that maybe Brock see if he can bang him out quicker then wlad and brock is coming off a loss so he has got a lot to prove.

Or even ibragimov but i can't see him wanting any part of haye

So what do you all think ???? :hat

Danny himself said that Haye doesn't need to waste time fighting him.

Personally, I think that Haye could beat Chagaev, however he's got a fight scheduled with Valuev. If Haye can't get one of the beltholders then he should fight an eliminator.

It should be some one with a belt.

I think Tua, Briggs, Rahman, or Ruiz would be okay.

In order to establish himself, he needs to fight a well-known name.

Hasim Rahman is perfect. Known name, "who's who" resume, decent skills so it's not a complete walk through and most importantly..a chin cheap enough that Haye can knock him out impressively and make a real statement.

Good list all at the end of there careers but still some name value, i mean if i could pick his next fight myself id choose povetkin, but no way does povetkin wanna fight haye.

I said danny williams because i think it's an easy fight to be made, and would land him the british title in his first fight.

Then again as undisputed 200 he dosent really need the british heavy title

I won't take his heavyweight run serious if he fights Danny Williams. Yeah, its his first fight at heavyweight (although, it's actually his 2nd), but still. No Brits! They're worse at HW than they are in the other divisions.

Povetkins style isn't made for Haye either. VERY high workrate, never gives ground, cannot be broken mentally with a solid chin to boot. I favor Povetkin by a mid-late tko

Not to mention he doesn't seem to ever get tired. I remember him huffing, puffing and looking like a dead corpse in between rounds 8-12 against chambers YET he still went out there and threw 80+ punches a round.
