Marquez-Pacquiao Anniversary

One of the great counterfactual questions about this fight is whether Marquez would've been capable of knocking out Pacquiao if there had been random testing for this fight. As I recall though, Marquez agreed to any kind of testing Pacquiao wanted as long as Pacquiao underwent the same testing, and for the most mysterious reason the request for testing was then withdrawn by Pacquiao's side
