I saw Benson get the win over Easton in the final a few years back. I thought Easton won however the other 2 boys with me thought Benson nicked it. Quigley and Philbin have a win each against one another. I saw the 2nd fight which was by far the best of the day at the Championship's. It was a cracker. Tommy is consistent and a good all rounder, whereas Quigley depends on what shape he is in. On form he is a joy to watch.

Bellew would demolish Simmons. Think you forget we have actually seen Simmons in action bully and he's average at best.

Aston won a couple fights in the 2010 Games and has won fights at World Championships. Don't think he won any fights at WSB. Kieran Smith boxed in Glasgow ahead of him, it was a toss of the coin over who they took. Always thought he would be suited to the pro's. Aston is a good fighter, only worry about him is will all his hard amateur bouts take there toll down the line.
Can't say I agree with that Billy, my money would be on Askin should that fight be made. I'm not one for triangle theories but both men have lost to JLD, big Simmo got stopped and Askins went the distance. Other than that Askin has only lost a majority to Ovill who we all know is a good fighter (robbed of a world title) and Glowacki who's a top world class CW. He's now coming off the back of wins over two of the best domestic CW prospects (both unbeaten), one of which being a two time ABA champ.
i can see were your coming from, however I know Stephen had weight issues going into JLD fight. Anyway Stephen is now boxing to his strengths a is very happy in the gym, given his chance he will win titles this year All the best
