Tell me then if Povetkin wouldn't be top 20 in the 90's how the hell where the following? Vaughn Bean Frans Both Herbie Hide Michael Moorer Johnny Ruiz Henry Akinwande I could go on but even an idiot like yourself can see where I'm going?
This would be a good fight. I'd go with Ibeabuchi in the form he was in against Tua. I'd even go as far as saying he would beat Povetkin even if he was on Meldonium 5000 new and improved formula. Or even Ostarine extra strength. Or even both!
if they never did how do you know they would. all we know is pov DID. thats all you can say with evidence.
Its called common sense, they were never tested by neither USADA or VADA, meaning it was easy for them to circumvent the system and take PED's.
The Ike Ibeabuchi that beat David Tua was in his prime. I was covering local fights for the Boxing Times back then & I stuck my neck out & forecast Ike would beat Tua. I was ridiculed there & on a couple of boxing forums as no one knew who Ike was. After the fight the phone lit up & guys on the forums were asking" Where have they been hiding him "? On that form Ike would have been the natural successor to Lennox Lewis Now that would really have been a fight had they ever met Ike would have destroyed Povetkin for sure
Povetkin would knock Ike spark out. Ike Ibeabuchi is the only fighter who has got better with inactivity and age. If we wait another 3 years then he will be the greatest HW fighter that has ever lived in some fans eyes. Its only been 17 years since he fought now.
Hows it out there in la la land where the sky is green and the statue of liberty is Wladameer Klitschko? Hey dummy.. When was Ike ever knocked sparked out?? Would he be knocked out like Chambers , Huck , Chaggy , old Larry Donald? Takam was kicking Povetkin's ass before Pov's performance enhancers kicked in and gave him a late surge . He was able to break Takan down who was old and showed in the Parker fight his inability to operate at a steady pace over 12 rounds. Povetkin isn't breaking any Ike down. Ike whoops him harder than Takam did and keeps going harder and harder as the rounds pass. Ike vs Tua still hold the record for highest number of punches thrown in HW history. Povetkin without his peds is a marshmallow man who blew his wad after 4 rounds against a talent-less cave man cruiser . Give him his peds and Ike still beats the living **** out of him.
Ok slip up there but the point still stands Tua was or is the most overrated heavyweight of recent times. All Tua would have had was a punchers chance and the one dimensional way he'd have to set up just wouldn't happen, Sasha would work him over for the full 12. As for Ibeabuchi great talent but one which never materialised and has now been cast into the realms of mythical great.
