He won't beat Parker because he won't fight him.

Wilder's only interested in the path of least resistance.

The issue is that, with Wilder, you have someone who has fought much more pathetic competition than Joshua, Fury or Wlad did for many more years (5, as opposed to about 2 for Joshua, Fury and Wlad) before stepping up to the journeyman level. Seriously, most fighters are DONE with the guys Wilder was still fighting in his fifth year as pro within two years, tops. Usually earlier. That he was still fighting someone guys like Kelvin Price or Matthew Greer
over 4 years into his career is shameful. Again, Wlad, Fury and Joshua were moving beyond this level after two years - that's the difference.

And, worse yet, Wilder has continued to face mediocre opposition AFTER he won the title - which was not the case with Wlad or Fury (Fury beat Wlad who is worth about 10 Wilder level opponents or more). And Joshua has agreed to take on Wlad. WIlder? He's still facing glass jawed stiffs like Szpilka or Warczyk

I will say this about Wilder, his fights are fun to watch. He has nice throwback dance moves and presses the action. Maybe in 2017 he will face some solid opposition

Will open a good bottle of wine and enjoy it when he is KTFO. It will be good for boxing also.

I've just about had enough with Wilder, this latest guy he is facing and now talking about a rematch with Stiverne? Is there a single person who even wants to see this fight?

Beyond a joke now that Wilder hasn't stepped up, we were asking questions about his level of opposition back in 2011 and nearly 6 years later we are still asking the same questions.

Wilder needs to be stripped of the title ASAP, he just isn't a champion in any sense of the word.

Only Patterson or maybe Carnera can be mentioned as being more protected. Joshua also but he is fighting Wlad.

Wilder might be better at taking a punch if he improved his balance.

Why are people so anxious with Wilder. there is no need to rush with this kid. give him some time to learn his craft.

    This ^^^

In fact if Stiverne has a decent camp, i fully expect him to spark Wilder or at least put him over once or twice

Five voluntary title defenses in a row! How can anyone explain that?!

Wilder only fights winos from the alley, the WBC is protecting him. Wilder runs his mouth about fighting Joshua next, hell, he will never come near Joshua, Klitschko, Fury, Ortiz, even the short Ruiz, Parker? I really doubt it. Why should he? He does not have to fight anyone who can fight back. WBC making Stiverne the mandatory makes me puke! Stiverne is old, fat, over the hill, inactive, etc. Wilder can rule forever fighting winos from the alley........
