Although Manny was never caught for PEDs, I truly to this day believe he was on that sheet. I've never seen a fighter rise in ability then decline in ability so drastically as he did. What I mean by ability is punch out out and stamina. Earlier he was a 600-700 punch fighter. Then that rose to 1000+ in his second prime. He was the enigizer bunny literally then the first Bradley fight, he looked human again and had to take rounds off with many rounds where he would only come on in the last minute. There's really no consistency when look at his career. His skill never got better if you use JMM as a measuring stick. He's was always susceptible to the right hand and his footwork always made him off balance because he over extends on his lead foot. Cotto did lose to 2 cheats. Just one of them was caught.

If you go by that logic, than Canelo is also still undefeated since Floyd would only fight a drained Canelo at 152. (Floyd didn't say he still considered Cotto undefeated because of Pac's alleged PED use, he said he considered him undefeated because Cotto was drained when he fought Pac)
