He didnt act like that around Tyson Fury because Tyson would drop him on the spot. He backed off when Wlad signed to fight Tyson and that was a smart move for his health.

Around Tyson Fury he knew that Tyson is ready to go on 2 seconds notice and was extremely well behaved for once. The act was over around Tyson. Yeah, Briggs stalking Wlad to every single press conference until he signed to fight Tyson. That stopped instantly when Fury was the opponent. Briggs goal was to talk himself into a money fight and get his arse beating pillar to post again by a Klitschko but for good money, not kick his ass kicked for nothing by Tyson Fury at a press conference.
Some do suffer permanent brain damage like James Tony and Riddick Bowe; slurred speech and rambling on without saying anything but Briggs is clearly trying to promote himself to make money with his antics it's a business and he knows that being loud and aggressive get you attention and increases your chance of getting a big fight and the big money that comes along with it I don't think Briggs has a brain damage, it's all about promoting himself In addition to the money, I think they also get addicted to being in the limelight and being told they're great and having fans treat them like royalty, and they don't want to let that go when they get older..... they are so used to it and love it; big money, public attention, tv coverage and being treated like a king.
