This joker cant punch for shyte. ive been in the ring and trained amatuers and helped pros.the vid was taken after 2 hours of heavy punching.unlike Dago dope who was laughed off his vid ,one can clearly see the sole purpose of the vid was just power shots. Dago dope is actually a 5'10 125 pounder who trains in his moms garage and then contradicts everything he says,not sure if you knew all that? anyway im actually glad he posted a vid without my permission because he makes himself look like a fool. lol you even gave the dope good advice and he couldnt even comprehend it.lost cause the skinny unhealthy kid has never even lifted or trained (if ever ) more than a year and a half but is an expert on everything,i literally tore him up on another forum he had to change his screen name...lol !
By the looks of this thread I get the feeling he has issues with yourself and I. It's sad really that these kids can't take basic advice from people that have been training for decades.
