The Tito vs Sonnen fight looked dodgy, but then I remembered that was similar to the first Anderson fight, and maybe others. He's (Sonnen) talked about struggling with having a defeatist mindset, and feeling like he doesn't deserve to win; so... I'm putting this fight in the Chael's fragile mind bin.

I think it was probably a pathetic quit job. Either way it was farcical and one of those fights that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. As far as I'm concerned quitting like(especially at that level) that is almost on par with throwing a fight.
To anyone who's thinking about joining... Don't get discouraged about missing two events. It's still early enough to make up for it. Never underestimate the unpredictability of MMA.
How do you figure? Kirks is stickied. This section just isn't as active. Most of us who are participating are among the most active posters in the section. Like Luf said... I think it's going to take time for this thing to really get going. I suspect with time we'll have a good amount of people playing. It'll probably even end up attracting some new faces to the forum.
I think that cause I was on bf24 for a year before realizing there was a prediction league. It took CST making a comment about it in the betting section for me to check it out and get involved. Just out of habit, I rarely look at the stickied threads and maybe others are the same. I think you're right though with time others will get involved.
