I'd rather see these 2 fights than a 3rd one vs Frampton.
Leo would have a huge height and reach advantage vs Rigo, win or lose I'd give him props for taking it.

Valdez would be a fun unification scrap, far better Mexican fight than Canelo-JCC Jr. :campeon: :2guns:

Leo stops Rigo, Valdez knocks Leo out cold.

Valdez does seem to have good power, I'd love to see this fight.
And I really don't see any downside for Leo to fight Rigo, he'd have a huge size advantage!

I think both would wreck Santa Cruz

Trolling? LSC would be easy work for Rigondeaux.

Rigo makes Leo look foolish, shows him that it's an entirely different game than Frampton.

Loooool, ducking is such a good move sometimes, a guy that both Leo and frampton were scared of suddenly becomes an underdog against them in the views of some.

Santa Cruz is a basic fighter, Frampton should not be losing to that level of opposition. Santa Cruz is so basic it hurts my eyes, Rigo would demolish him, too quick and elusive, Santa Cruz puts his hands up and throws punches,

Frampton should be embarrassed he could not adjust, all Santa Cruz done was jab a bit and move back!, and that's what baffled him!, imagine what Rigo would do, , Lomo v Rigo is the fight I want to see , the rest of them boys are easy work

Cassius Clay won a lot of fights by "jabbing" and moving back.

Let's not forget it's the same Santa Cruz who said that he would only fight Rigo for $3 million.

Ironically, he made $900k for Frampton rematch.

When you watch boxing, do you even know what's going on, or do you just see two people swinging their arms? Lol

Leo Santa Cruz is an incredibly skilled fighter. You don't be Frampton and Mares with "basic" skills young fellow.

I agree. I'd rather see those two against Rigo and Valdez than seeing a rubber match. And since Frampton wants a big fight in his hometown, Rigondeaux who expressed interest in fighting him in Belfast might not be a bad choice. Just saying.

If you think Leo is some great sheikh, then more power to you, I don't think mares is good either , slow plodding fighters, defence is a simple high guard, feet are slow, and power against the higher level guys isn't there. Put Leo on a P4p list if ya want. I don't consider him a top fighter , he is a lose and a stoppage waiting to happen
