But the fight with LSc is a completely different matter -no comparison.

McGuigan's advice before the 12 th rd was ,"win this round with your feet don't let him hit you", this to a fighter who was behind?

    Two overrated guys.

Santa Cruz fought tomato cans and shot fighter Monroe leftover Martinez and Average Abner.

Frampton fought a Monroe leftover 2x and fought the sloppy ass basic Quigg.

Frampton moved up to run from Rigo because of ''monies''. **** fighting mentality. He knew he'd lose like 11-1 12-0.

Round 8 was close. Frampton did not win clearly.
Round 11 Frampton was losing in the exchanges. Sound advice from Shane to use his feet and try to win a valuable round. It was tight. Frampton won Round 12.
What advice would you give? Go for the knockout? Plant your feet? Come on!

Yes it does, being out boxed, out fought and out thought by Santa Cruz doesn't bode well for CF beating or even competing with Rigo.

And the wee fella and his smarmy son knew this.

Frampton won the 8th round big, it wasn't close at all.

If he needed a knockout to win, any decent trainer would tell his fighter what he needed going into the last round, unless they were happy to lose face by losing the fight, but not to lose by KO. He has gone on record as saying he thought the fight was a draw !! so considering that Frampton won the last round, Shane must have known that he had to win the round.

Shane inherited three fighters that were made what they were by Gerry Storey and Adam Booths hard work and expertise, name me one fighter that he's brought through the ranks ?

    Complacency and smugness personified.

No wonder Frampton looked clueless, when he was having his head filled with this sort of talk.

He threw the fight to sell the trilogy. A disgraceful thing to do but kind of obvious what he was up to from the first round.

Just a complete stab in the dark that post. When you flick the light on you'll realise that not only are you in the wrong room, you're in the wrong house.
