He simply doesn't have the chin or stamina for boxing.

If he continues to fight he will continue to be embarrassed, knocked out or even worse end up with a serious brain injury.

The guy needs to retire, asap.

I agree, a one dimensional fighter who relies on blasting people out and fast, and whenever that isn't possible he gets found out and knackered. A shame, but seems the reality. Retirement is the best option for lack of places to go with potential fights, and health wise.

Saying that, I have enjoyed his fights, however, always exciting as you know one of the fighters are getting knocked out early!

It just confirmed what we all knew. Price isn't a fighter and certainly not a top heavyweight and the truth is he never was.

Another fact is Price (assuming he retires) has had a worse career than Audley Harrison even though he battered an old shot Harrison.

Harrison at least won the European title and had a world title shot against Haye. That's how poor Prices career has been.

Hammer has just beaten Teper and Price, probably too qualified to be a Wilder opponent now.

Price would have battered any version of Harrison, but in all honesty that that proves nothing.

I couldn't disagree more. Slate Audley all you want but he did have enough power in his fists to KO Price and showed more heart in the Sprott rematch than Price ever has. He's found out that fighting seasoned pros is a completely different ball game to beating up on young novices.

She may well do a King Khan and disappear. I just hope she doesn't let this latest embarrassing defeat affect her personal life too much.

Also, how **** is Dave Coldwell? **** me, it's like he wants to dethrone Spencer Fearon as the biggest idiot in British boxing. His corner work was absolutely laughable as was whatever they were passing off for conditioning training in the build up to this fight.

I hope PIB comes back on and takes it on the chin, we've all made bad predictions, maybe not as bold as hers but we've all made them.

Yeah Coldwell, WOW, he makes Joe Gallagher look like Eddie Futch, I have no idea what they had Price doing but whatever it was it wasn't good.

Price looked awful from start to finish and the line of the night from Coldwell "he will gas before you".
So Coldwell knew Price was going to gas, he told him he was going to but he was just hoping Hammer would fold first.

    Shocking all around.

He can't even go for the fight with Chisora because basically Dereck would absorb his shots and push him over Homer Simpson style after round four.

Allen may want to fight him but I doubt the Sauerlands would see that as a viable fight. He's done at all but domestic level.

Could you imagine what the two men from the Whyte vs Chisora fight would have done to Price. Jesus the thought is scary.

Price needs to find a serious method to improve his stamina. This is his glaring weakness, and there are ways that can be done.

I know he can make some kind of career out of boxing if he sorts out his stamina.
