Is Gerald Washington a heavyweight Dominic wade?

He already tried to fight Lara and was met with no response. Also Wawrzyk is pretty bad so that wasn't going to answer any type of question lol. That would be like Golovkin going out of his way to fight Aleem prior to his win over Khytrov.

no idea. you also don't know that lara really wants it. long history in boxing of guys running their mouths about fights they have no intention of taking. lara is fighting the same type guys at his weight as golovkin is at his. if he isn't going to fight one of the charlos or andrade, he is wasting his time continuing at jrmw.

 

ur right i dont know what lara wants...but like i said....rosado had no problem coming up from 154 and getting a shot? why because rosado is easy pickings for golovkin and easy to be hit...lara not so much....if they were feeling like lara was an easy mark he would have already been dealt with

but i know hes was calling out ggg for a couple of years...the most we heard was that k2 last summer was talking to laras people in preliminary talks...and then nothing came of it.....so that amounts to nothing.....lara and his people have begun talking again in january about wanting the fight....im not saying he needs to be looking at lara now....thats not the point...he should be fighting jacobs and looking at saunders.....but anything prior to this jacobs fight lara would have fit in just nicely

 

He DID, it was at the time of the Kell Brook fight. When Eubank Jr flaked they were scrambling for an opponent and Lara came up. I don't even see why people keep bringing Lara up to begin with. It isn't like he's amazing or even exciting. I'd be MUCH more interested in Jermall Charlo, Andrade, Julian Williams, even Martirosyan vs Golovkin as far as guys from 154. That being said, I don't want those fights either, but I'd rather have them than Lara lol.

 

lara is prob the only one of those guys willing.....no one cares if hes exciting...hes a different style....dom wade aint exciting either.....

dont even fool yourself into thinking lara was in the running when eubank "flaked"...that was a setup the whole time....loeffler and hearn never disconnected...as soon as eubank was out brook was in...trust that...loeffler has to pretend they exhausted all options in order to validate the brook fight...if he doesnt he looks like a complete clown

 

That is a conspiracy theory that has absolutely no proof whatsoever. I could just as easily say some absurd story about any boxer/promoter and it would have just as much credence as what you said.

Lara doesn't seem willing. If he was he would have sent an offer to Golovkin which Lara's own team has admitted that it never happened. Also, Lara makes tons of money for fighting guys like Yuri Foreman. Why would he even want to fight Golovkin when he makes almost as much for taking a much smaller threat?

 

i think it will go some rounds. unlike ggg vs wade.

 

use common sense and logic....if loeffler tries to sell you ggg/brook what happens? i mean...ive seen gggs fans in actions theyd buy it no matter what....but to sell it to everyone he has to make it look like a last resort/accident....its no conspiracy its just logic and common sense

lara doesnt send offers to fighters of gggs stature.....he might send offers to yuri foreman....but do u think lara was sending offers to canelo? lol.....no....ggg picks his opponents and makes offers.....

i can see you are clearly a golovkin fan so i realize this concept might be foreign to you....but some fighters want to challenge themselves against the best in the world

 

Not limiting it to one fight. Washington did fight Chambers but Chambers offered little resistance. I am talking about Serman Williams, Nagy Aguilera, Ray Austin, Jason Gavern, Travis Walker. The journeymen who have been around the block. Washington actually has been managed quite well.

 

If Lara wanted to challenge himself he'd get the Golovkin fight wtf. He would have went out of his way to try to make the fight. Why wouldn't he try to get the fight? Do you think talking **** on twitter is how you get a fight to get made? Golovkin's team are willing to negotiate a deal if Lara's people actually show that they are serious about it.
