Yeah really chinny ones like Ramirez but the top guys shouldn't be getting koed by those shots, granted when Lebedev really puts full power into his shots your gunna need a great chin to not be knocked. Your right though Gassiev proved his chin is at least solid there isnt any chin issues there at all.

Yeah I said at the time that Lebedev wasn't sitting down on his shots as much as I would've liked him to, but the way Gassiev reacted to the ones he did get caught with and the discernable lack of effect they had on him proved he has a solid chin at the very least. I don't think a fighter would necessarily have to be chinny to hit the canvas from shots like that from a puncher like Lebedev. But personally I would've liked to have seen Lebedev sit down on more of them and target the body with heavy straight lefts more than he did too.

Gassiev vs Glowacki is yet another great matchup in the CW division and both of them will be throwing plenty of heavy leather. But I lean towards Gassiev by stoppage. But the CW division is so stacked and full of dangermen and big punchers that anything can happen and it's going to be hard to predict the outcome of some of these matchups.

I don't know what Lebedev could have done in that fight to be honest I think at his age and with the amount of wars he had sitting down on his punchers would have lead to Gassiev stoppage.

Yeah Gassiev stoppage is the likely outcome but Gassiev is very crude so if Glowacki can survive the bombs I think he is the better boxer of the two and can get the points win, but thats a big if.

How can he be overrated when he's recently been the first boxer to truly defeat the most consistent cruiserweight in the last years in Lebedev (just to specify, G.Jones had juiced himself as hell and the Huck decision was fully wrong)?

Gassiev is pretty crude but he's a natural fighter and puncher IMO. He's only been boxing about 8 years. He took up the sport aged 15 and I never would've guessed that from watching him fight. Even going back to when I first became aware of him, which was probably about 3 or 4 years ago, I never would've thought that. He's crude but he doesn't look any cruder than many other come forward bangers who are way more accomplished than him and have been boxing twice the amount of time he has.

I can see Glowacki's boxing ability causing him problems too. But will Glowacki be able to avoid getting worn down by Gassiev's power and pressure or clipped with something big. Easier said than done against someone who wields the kind of power in either fist Gassiev has.

Yeah definitely easier said than done lol that why I said big if. The only way to beat Gassiev is to box him and move basically implement what Lebedev was doing but he wasn't quite fresh enough to keep it going, the perfect person for that would be Usyk.

It would be interesting to see Bredis vs Gassiev and Dorticos vs Gassiev.

Glowacki has had 3 tough fights on the bounce and last time I picked a warrior in that situation it was Vargas and he got stopped so this time I'm riding with the fresher man to get the stoppage.

Lebedev was undefeated(unofficially going into that fight) He's a top notch fighter who's had a great career and would have had a better one if not being cheated by Huck and Jones, avoided like the plague, and if his division wasn't so criminally underrated. Even then he gave a good account of himself against a much bigger, stronger and younger fighter.

Lebedev is as fresh as Glowacki but I think he's still a better than him, a better boxer, and I'd still favour him to beat him too. But that doesn't mean Glowacki won't beat Gassiev of course.

    Yeah I agree about Usyk.

Briedis vs Gassiev would be great as too would either of them vs Dorticos. Gassiev vs Kudryashov would be a fantastic matchup too. Bombs away.

Yeah I agree with all of that. I love Lebedev and I've been a fan of his for a long time.

No way is Lebedev as fresh as Glowacki, his Jones wars then the Huck, Kalenga fight was brutal too.

Glowacki's only had the Huck war and Cunningham fight which wasnt too bad.

Yeah kudyrashov vs Gassiev would be a fire fight but Gassiev would knock him out clean.

The great thing about these match ups is there aren't fantasy like the other division and we will probably see these fights.
