WBC commemorative belt for Chavez v Canelo

    so originally this fight was a business fight between two Mexican opponents at a Catchweight of 164.5lbs but I've read that the WBC who to be fair were well over eager to strip Canelo of the WBC lineal middleweight title,sure I've said my bit re Oscar and Canelo but when I see someone like Deontay Wilder and how the WBC have bent over backwards to let him keep that belt without fighting hardly anyone decent let alone mandatories then you could say there's been double standards.
    Canelo had his say on the WBC and thought it unfair at the time so I wonder what he makes of this made up belt,sounds like they're trying to make up.
    So how does this work is it a total one off to be kept for all time or can it be won from the victor?
