    Floyd is an ATG but IMO he is absolutely positively not TBE.

    My worthless 2 cents, he might be (and probably is) top 25, which is much higher than anyone else from his era.

    Comparing people from different eras is difficult. Floyd was clearly the best of his era, and that's a great feat in and of itself.

    Top 25 in terms of greatness or H2H ability? I personally think Top 25 in terms of greatness is too high of a position for him. Who is your TBE?

    I said "might be (and probably is)".

    These types of ranking are a tricky business. The game has changed a lot over the years. When I talk in terms of ranking the greatest ever, I always use a combination of achievements and H2H comparisons, but this isn't an exact science and is always subject to personal preference and individual opinions.

    He fought ATG HOF'er offensive master Marcos Maidana TWICE and won TWICE

    To be honest Floyd's best career victory was leaving Bob Arum...

    I used to be a regular visitor to the site before I made an account, usually on fight nights to follow IB's RBR, so I am well versed in his Floyd counter arguments and his ridiculous threads. You shouldn't assume everyone is an alt.
