    It's possible but seeing as ukad went public with it in the first place don't think they'd protect fury now

    They don't get the choice. There are two sides to the hearing.....the Furys v UKAD. The hearing is heard and decided by the government funded BADP. In fact the title to this thread is slightly misleading, since the chair of the hearing is actually the BADP. UKAD are providing evidence against the Furys.
