Let's look at the evidence and use some common sense.....30 day weights: vs Rubio (165), Murray (172), Monroe (169), Lemieux (165), Wade (164), Brook (165), Jacobs (165). His 7 day weights are generally 163-165. This is a guy on the smaller side for the weight, who drops a handful of pounds simply from being in a training camp, and maintains a very manageable weight right up until he has to sweat/**** out 3 pounds to make 160.

Golovkin isn't a weight cutter to the extreme of others, he's just in incredible shape and doesn't balloon up like Jacobs does in between fights, testament to his discipline.

GGG makes 160 comfortably and could probably fight at 154 as well. He weights less than most of his opponents at fight night. That said, i don't think Jacobs, lemieux or Murray are balloing themself between fights, they are just naturally bigger fighters. They are cutting and rehydrating themselves because being bigger and heavier is advantage they need, odds to be champ at their natural weight would be much smaller, just like Canelo who fights 140-154 fighters that are naturally smaller.

Ward used make 168 comfortably and could have no doubt managed his weight to stay there till he was 34.

While everybody in the sport moves up , GGG is the only guy who has fanboi's calling for him to move down. Never has there been a group so scared that their guy might actually take on a challenge.
Even the Pacturds used encourage Manny to climb weight divisions to get the best fights. This thread is one big justification why Golovkin should should stay in bum city and avoid moving up a single division.
Why are GGG fans so opposed to see him test himself? Why are they so against him taking fights in which he isn't the massive favourite to win?

I know u want to create web traffic and so on, but come on now. Even a casual fan knows what u are doing.

Everyone knows Ward moved up because he couldn't do 168 anymore (last time he could do it, was four years ago :D )

Golovkin continues to fight bigger guys, Jacobs will be 10 pounds bigger - two weight class apart. And that's why GGG vs. Jacobs is going to be awesome fight, skills pay the bills!

there is way more challenge for ggg at 160...168 is the worst division right now the only good fighter just moved to 175
i rather see ggg against jacobs, canelo, charlo, andrade and eubank jr than degale ;)

Two weights apart huh? In never knew Jacobs was the regular WBA light heavy weight champ. Is this what we're dealing with now? Pretending middle weights are light heavy weights?
Just wait till @The Shockmaster reads this.

Ward moved up cos he cares about legacy and wants to be a hall of famer. He's chasing the greatness.
GGG can stay in bum city all he wants but by doing so eliminates him from the ATG discussion.

What the hell are you talking about, 160 is the weakest division in boxing.

Jacobs the consensus #1 guy in the division wouldn't win a round vs DeGale or Jack.

Believe this or not I don't really care....sorry if it does not suit your agenda but it is Fact not Fake....
And I have a good friend who spends quite a bit of time at Big Bear He say's he walks in the place at around 166 and has no trouble at all at maintaining that weight because of His Brutal training regime....He said no on works harder than Golovkin up there and is very well respected by Younger and older Fighters alike for this reason.!!!!

I'd give him more than a fair chance against DeGale, who doesn't have the one punch KO power to get rid of Danny nor the workrate to smother him. It definetly wouldn't be one sided.
