I disagree. Crolla in his last fight seemed to take on the identity of John Murray.

That would probably be the belt that the Wee Fella and Frampton said was a paper belt, but couldn't wait to wave it about and declare Frampton a multiple champion lol.

Quigg and Frampton ran a mile from Rigo, but i give Quigg a slight pass as he never had the fan base and earning potential that Frampton had.

Has Roach has he built a champion fighter from scratch ? Like Virgil Hunter with Andre Ward or
Angel Garcia with Danny Garcia ? Roach is a good boxing coach but most of his reputation has
been built on Pacquiao success and Quigg will have to play second fiddle to MP.
Will Quigg improve ? Too many fighters have gone to Roach expecting automatic success and that
is far from the truth. They have to realize that they have to put hard work in the gym and make
sacrifices out the ring ( diet , lifestyle no parting , drugs )
Roach strategies and game plans can only take you so far based on your own limitations. All these
fighters that went to Roach just wanted to collect on MP success were misguided .
Hope the best for Quigg but remember Gallagher did a great job in taking Quigg to world champion
and hopefully Roach can take Quigg to the next level.

did a bit of bikram when I was out there, good quality like... not that it would benefit quigg as he has a missus and he hardly seems the type to be distracted by any of that

Bikram? I couldn't think of many things I'd struggle more with! I remember being able to complete the bleep test, run 100m in 11 sec and do over 100 pull ups in a set but when it came to a flexibility I scored -2 on a test when the average score was like 4! God only knows what I'd score now.

Perhaps I need a bit of yoga although being as stiff as me it doesn't really appeal!

I was under the impression Gallagher was working at another gym and some boxers followed him when he left
This is how he got his professional boxers can someone enlighten me other wise.....I do think he talks a good game but sounds like an MP never really gets to the point when working the corner says what the other guy is doing and not what he wants the boxer to do

100 pull ups in one set? Lies. I hope you meant push ups.

Ha. I did indeed. I could actually do a lot of pull ups too though. There were lots of things I could do then that I imagine would do me a mischief now, below zero sit ups being one that makes my back hurt just thinking about it!

That I can. Nothing wrong with calling out organised crime for what it isn't Len, you should try it. You'll feel better for it, trust me.
