WBC: Povetkin suspended for at least a year, 250k fine

After their recent **** up with this Wilder-Stiverne rematch its good there doing something kinda right. However it's clear they motive is money and not actual justice, I mean what kind of punishment is this. This is just like giving him another chance they should of just banned him then Vada tested him, why would he take drugs if his fights aren't ranked lol.

Povetkin has 9 lives, however if I was him I would say **** off to the WBC and go for the WBO belt, their greedy and don't require VADA testing.

This is not even a slap on the wrist. He failed TWO tests. Four if you count B samples. (His promoter guaranteed that the B sample from the Stiverne fight would not show PEDs.)

I'm not sure I wanna hear about Wilder,Stiverne and Povetkin ever again all three disappoint in different ways,can't believe I gave Wilder the benefit of the doubt re going to Russia to face Povetkin but after each terrible opponent and I mean terrible as in the very worst opponent they can possibly find for Wilder it's ubundently clear that they were never gonna fight Povetkin.

I'm not saying Povetkin was clean lol cause the whole world suspected him anyway,put it this way when it suits their agendas drugs tests and their results can be made public or not and with the corruption we see in boxing re results then why would that surprise us,how else can you explain Povetkin using so near a fight unless he expected the results to vanish only they never vanished and Wilder was made to look so brave for not dropping his belt and going to Russia.

Had they not made Stiverne his mandatory I may of still believed but this stuff is unbelievable,even MVC said he's had it with him lol

By their own account, they now have him failing TWO drug tests in a span of less than 9 months. He should get at least 2 years.

 

drug testing means jack ****. they catch who they want to catch. people are dumb enough to think baseball players are all on roids but nfl players are all clean.

Thank you I've long thought this and I'm not sure why anyone would think otherwise,I once got so much stick for suggesting Bradley Wiggins probably used something to become 2012 Tour de France champion and Olympic champ the same year,zero to hero and he must be clean cause he's one of the boys right,wrong team sky and Wiggins are under investigation about a secret parcel delivered by someone on a train from UK,hope this shows how to win you need to get with the programme.

 

No they shouldn't but as I keep repeating the athletes do not see it as cheating,course they not gonna say that unless they've been caught in the past and are explaining how it was/is.

 

You shouldn't surprised by this verdict if you knew what the WBC stood for. Trust me, it's not World Boxing Council!
